I don’t think header tags are very important anymore, especially in Google, but I do like using title attributes, which aren’t listed here. Another article along the same lines by Rocket Pilots may be useful for you as well.

    • I’m glad you liked it. Since that was written, things of changed a bit and I would add two important items. First, make sure your blog and your entire website are mobile friendly. And second, optimize images and anything else you can to ensure that your page downloads to the readers browser in order two seconds, three at the most.

    • Nice to hear from you a second time on this post, Nelson. Title attributes can be helpful, but arer not as important to on-page optimization as the other items in the infographic. But I take your point; they deserve an explanation; I’ll consider a future blog post about that.
